Cancellation Policy: 

• All cancellations must be received in writing. 
• More than 30 business days in advance of the start of the conference will be eligible for a full refund; 
• Within 3-30 business days of the start of the conference, will be charged a $250 cancellation fee; and 
• Less than 3 business days prior to the start of the conference, will not receive a refund.
